In 1978, Dr. Michael Schuster, best known as the Profitability Management expert, established The Schuster Center For Professional Development as the first business school for dentists. His model brings together the elements of experience, vision, management policies and systems, formal training, curriculum and on-going support. The Schuster Center’s comprehensive approach to dental practice management helps clients create dental practices that reflect the unique vision of the dentist; are patient and health centered; and provide technical excellence all while balancing the professional and personal dimensions of the dentist’s life.
Dr. Michael Schuster and Dr. Pete Dawson Have known each other since 1974. Dr. Schuster has used Dr. Dawson’s diagnosis and treatment planning protocol since that time. Dr. Schuster has taken refresher courses at the Dawson Academy and has consistently recommend that dentists, regardless of their specialty, engage in the Dawson Academy series of courses.
