Dr. Rosenwald is a native of Frederick, MD. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Mount Saint Mary’s University and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Georgetown University in 1983. He completed a two-year General Practice Residency Program with the Veterans Administration in Lyons, NJ in 1985. He has attended the Misch International Implant Institute at the University of Pittsburgh obtaining extensive training in dental implants. He completed the implant and prosthetic fellowship program in 1998. He also attended the famous Pankey Institute in Florida. Dr. Rosenwald attended the Louisiana State University Cosmetic Continuum from 2001 to 2002.
Dr. Rosenwald is a scholar and a faculty member with the Dawson Academy. He is a leader of the DC chapter of Dawson Study Club. Dr. Rosenwald has been in private practice in Gaithersburg for over 33 years. He has extensive experience in advanced restorative dentistry and TMJ disorders. He was a dental consultant for The Village at Rockville, an elder care facility, for 9 years. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Rosenwald proudly serves as a Colonel in the United States Army Reserve, currently assigned to Special Operations Medical Command at Ft. Bragg NC. He is a Course Director and Instructor at the Special Warfare Medical Training Center.
