Failures and successes are part of our daily practice, and it depends on dentists to learn from these failures – or as Dr. Stankowski refers to them as ‘lessons.’ With twenty years of experience in the fields of periodontal and implant surgery, Dr. Stankowski has learned a lot of these ‘lessons.’ Starting in analog and adapting to a digital workflow environment has provided him with many perspectives to share. Dealing with all types of surgery from extractions, root coverage, soft and hard tissue grafting to bone, complex implant cases with bone augmentation has shown him the possibilities to combine these skills and incorporate them into daily practice. Dr. Stankowski will share with you his experiences in dental surgery, by revealing the five milestones that have changed his treatment outcomes, and how these can make your journey ahead a lot more predictable.
