Making it Easy for Patients to Say “Yes!”

Course Description

An in-office online program to improve case acceptance for complete dentistry that will transform your practice in less than a year.

About the program

If you’ve kept up with your continuing education and are eager to enjoy a return on those investments, this is the logical next step: the perfect way to advance—and enhance—your practice by getting more patients to say ‘YES.’

This online in-office training program is the most affordable and convenient way to improve your treatment acceptance from simple to complex care patients. You’ll eliminate overwhelming patients and watching them walk out your door never to return because of poorly structured and overly complex treatment presentations.

How does this fit into my practice?

Its content will surprise you in a good way. It’s not the same old “educate … educate … educate” approach to case acceptance. Nor is it a quick-fix, tips-and-tricks, say-this-don’t-say-that kind of program. It has fresh ideas; hundreds of dentists have been successful with it, and your team and patients will love it.

I’ll show you and your team the thinking, actions and tools that consistently make dental practices profitable. I’ll share with you what I’ve been teaching thousands of dentists through my 25 years of experience practicing restorative dentistry, writing journal articles and books, producing podcasts, and teaching workshops and seminars at major dental meetings: If they can do it, so can you!

Course Size: 30 practices

How It Works

What is the format?

A few times a month, you and your team will review video lessons and complete activities from the accompanying study guide. The step-by-step pace ensures that you and your team do not feel overwhelmed with too much information too fast. Each lesson is designed for one-hour monthly team meetings. After each meeting, you and your team will put into action what you’ve learned. You’ll begin to see initial improvement in case acceptance after just a few lessons and significant success within a few months.

Participating with me and with other students in monthly live mentoring conference calls will sustain your learning momentum. You’ll get answers to your questions and hear about best practices and successes from others in our case acceptance community.

How long does it take to implement?

Making It Easy for Patients to Say “YES!” is a shortcut to what many dentists take decades to learn. You can master it in a few months! Program participants often tell me, “I wish I had learned this years ago!” By the end of the course, you’ll be doing more of the dentistry you love, you and your team will have far less stress, your patients will feel connected to your practice, you’ll boost your referrals — and you’ll make more money.
