Treatment Planning Principles for the Implant Prosthesis

This presentation will review the relevant steps necessary when planning for implant prosthetics to augment a restorative treatment plan or when implants will be the sole source of support for one or both arches. Critical steps must be followed to insure a successful outcome and to meet or exceed the patient’s expectations.

The presentation will also discuss common mistakes made while developing a plan of treatment for implant prosthodontics, as well as, violations of communication for the surgical aspect.

At the completion of this program the participants will:

  • Understand the necessary steps in treatment planning for an implant prosthesis
  • Discover the importance of the implant team
  • Understand how to avoid costly mistakes when providing treatment with dental implants
