Live Stream I CBCT for Implant Dentistry (2023)

This livestream will provide an in-depth review of the concepts of imaging for implants, including image manipulation to produce clinically-correct cross sections, radiographic anatomy of relevant parts of the head and neck as well as systematic review of a CBCT volume. Dr. Tamimi will discuss the key strategies for avoiding implant complications by understanding the principles of anatomy and occlusion, and emphasize the importance of diagnosing the alveolar process and patient prior to implant treatment planning.
This course is critical for any dentist who is practicing implant dentistry, whether they use CBCT imaging or not, as it reviews anatomy relevant to implant dentistry and the fine art of radiographic evaluation of pathology and formation of a differential diagnosis.
