On the “Find a Dawson Dentist” website, The Dawson Academy exclusively lists our members. Every member receives a general listing, which includes their name, phone number and address. The listings will be prioritized by the various levels of membership: faculty, study club leader, study club member, scholar, founding member and general members. The Dawson Academy will continually promote this website to patients seeking comprehensive care through various advertising efforts.
Members also receive a letter from Dr. Peter Dawson congratulating you on your commitment to excellence. This letter is suitable for framing and displaying in your office to demonstrate your accomplishment.
Members are also given a professionally written press release for their practice, explaining to their patients and the public what it means to be a “Dawson-Trained Dental Professional.”
We will also provide you with survey results from 20,000 patients that identify the top five areas in a dental practice—in addition to discussing several components of each—that are most important to patients (the details of which can help you improve and enhance your own practice).
On the “Find a Dawson Dentist” website you’ll find patient education articles to help you explain disorders & treatments to patients.

Study Club Day is an annual day of unique dental CE exclusively for Dawson Study Club Members. Study Club Day takes place the day before the annual Dawson Retreat in Florida.
The presentations vary from year-to-year, but include a mix of clinical and practice management topics.
Study Clubs are a great way for dentists or lab technicians of any age or experience level to learn and improve their skills. Unlike most study clubs, Dawson Study Club leaders have a library of curriculum to choose from of the same standard and quality as you’d expect at a Dawson course.
The topics available in the curriculum library range greatly so that each club is able to have their own personalized experience based on their interests and goals. And regardless of what topics are chosen, the focus of every meeting segment is to help dentists and lab technicians move to the next level of quality care.
Each leader determines the number and length of meetings throughout the year. Some clubs may have 4 all-day meetings while others may have 12 two-hour meetings. We even have clubs that are 100% virtual!
