This past Seminar 1 in October, we handed out an Implement Guide aka Homework, like we have at Exam and Records and Treatment Planning. The goal of this guide is to give them a checklist style guide to making action from what they learned. We also did a break-out session on Friday at the end of the day where the class broke into smaller groups (1o people or less) and shared what they would start doing differently on Monday morning. We then had the groups share with the entire class things they discussed they would begin doing on Monday. We hope to have an Implementation guide for all the core curriculum courses before summer.
