The Dawson Academy Welcomes New President, Carrie Botsford, to Lead Dawson’s Evolution in Dental Continuing Education
ST. PETERSBURG, FL, The Dawson Academy, a global leader in dental continuing education, proudly announces the appointment of Carrie Botsford as its new President. With an extensive background in executive leadership, Botsford brings a wealth of experience to her role, having previously served in various C-suite positions within the dental industry.
During her tenure at Spear Education, Botsford served as an executive operations leader, overseeing a national team of Directors, Managers, and Regional Practice Consultants. Prior to Spear Education, Botsford served as the Chief Operating Officer at Select Dental, where she led executive teams in developing and executing operational and clinical protocols.
Botsford also served as Divisional Vice President of Operations at Midwest Dental. She demonstrated effective leadership by managing a large national team of Regional Directors of Operations and overseeing the operations budget for approximately 95 practices. Additionally, Botsford brings a unique perspective to Dawson as she worked at a dental practice for a number of years.
In her new capacity as President of The Dawson Academy, Carrie Botsford is set to redefine the Academy’s product offerings and lead the evolution of dental Continuing Education (CE). With a proven track record in developing strategic initiatives and fostering growth, Botsford is poised to guide The Dawson Academy into a new chapter.
