This webinar teaches assistants to understand the “why” behind treatment decisions so they can anticipate needs, improve efficiency, and elevate patient care by developing diagnostic awareness of the clinical rationale behind Complete Dentistry treatment decisions, enabling them to recognize key findings, support predictable outcomes, and anticipate clinical and workflow needs by “seeing what the doctor sees,” ultimately improving chairside efficiency, team communication, and the overall quality of patient care.
Shannon Johnson, DMD is an associate faculty member at the Dawson Academy. She also leads two Dawson Study Clubs and teaches the Core Curriculum. Dr. Johnson owns and operates her practice in Louisville, KY.
