Dr. Richard Sigismondi DMD

Dr. Sigismondi’s implant training began in 1986, just one year after the ADA granted approval of dental implants in this country. His training has been with manufacturers of dental implants including Nobel Biocare’s Teeth in an Hour. His training in CEREC began in 2009. Since it is one of the most exciting areas of restorative dentistry, he continues training to this day. His fervent passion for continuing education is very broad, and he takes, on average, 50 hours of continuing education per year.

Dr. Sigismondi has been a member of the American Dental Association, the Dental Society of the State of NY and the Suffolk County Dental Society. He is affiliated with the Long Island Dental Forum, the Integrated Study Group, the Bay Area Study Group and the CEREC Study Club which consume much of his time out of the office.
