Course Description

The etiology of temporomandibular disorder (TMD) is multifactorial. It’s crucial for the restorative dentist to recognize “why” the patient is suffering from TMD during the treatment planning phase.

This dental CE live stream course is designed to review the relationship between cervical vertebra and TMJ structure. Dr. Kim will demonstrate his practical method to recognize, diagnose, and treatment plan the cervical vertebra misalignment – TMD cases.

Dr. Kim is a residency trained general dentist in La Jolla. He provides thorough comprehensive dental care through open communication with the patients. Dr. Kim previously practiced in La Jolla before moving to NYC.

With a strong belief that continuing education is an essential part of his career, Dr. Kim pursues numerous postdoctoral courses in clinical dentistry and actively participates in various professional organizations. Dr. Kim has advanced training in treating multidisciplinary complex dental cases, dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, jaw joint disorders and occlusion, restorative and preventive dentistry.

For registrations paid in full at time of registering, requests to cancel or transfer registration in a Dawson Academy course, lecture, or event will be accommodated until 90 DAYS PRIOR to start date. Upon request a refund will be provided minus a $200.00 non-refundable deposit, or a one-time course, lecture, or event transfer, which remains valid for 12 months. Less than 90 days prior to course, no refunds or transfers will be issued.
