Are you ever frustrated with the results that you’re getting in your dental practice? Wishing that they were better than they are?
Or do you have situations where you’re having a communication with a patient, a team member, or even a family member?
Well if so, I want to encourage you to ask yourself the leadership question in those situations.

The leadership question is; “What am I doing, or not doing that’s causing or contributing to this problem?”
Now I know it’s easier to look at the other person and think that it’s their fault and try to figure out what you can do to change them, and there’s nothing wrong with wanting to change another person. It’s just that the likelihood of success is slim to none.

So although it’s not often comfortable to look inward, I encourage you to give it a try, and I guarantee you it will be worth it.
